Knut Anders Hatlen commented on DERBY-4269:
-------------------------------------------

The patch looks fine to me.

Minor nit: Since SlaveDatabaseBootThread is a non-static inner class of
SlaveDatabase, the fields and methods of the parent SlaveDatabase instance can
be accessed directly from the SlaveDatabaseBootThread instance. So it should be
possible to read the value of the dbname field in SlaveDatabaseBootThread.run()
without introducing an accessor method and a new field.
