connectionCPDecorator.
Run "ant
-Dderby.junit.testclass=org.apache.derbyTesting.functionTests.tests.jdbc4.PreparedStatementTest
emma-single" with this patch and compare the emma reports for
PreparedStatement40 and LogicalPreparedStatement40
