I think option 'a' is alright. That class also exists in the IBM JDK. If we
find it is not in other JDK's we can disable the test on those environments. I
wouldn't add a com.sun.... class to the actual Derby code, but for a test I
think it is ok as we can deal with any fallout of changes in the development
world. It doesn't impact users.
