In the PDF reference manual, at least trunk, 10.9 and 10.8 the links from the
table of contents do not go to the correct location in the documentation. For
example the CREATE TABLE link goes to the middle of sequences.
Attaching the sample display when choosing CREATE TABLE in the reference
manual pdf at
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ref/refderby.pdf. I have not checked other
manuals.
