I thought perhaps these two messages might have gotten an updated translation 
in the last few releases, and out of curiosity, I played with some conversion 
and free on-line translation tools. I believe the word 'INDEX' (in the sense of 
CREATE INDEX) is formed by \u7D22\u5F15. 
I think in error XJ091 this is still used in mostly the same way.
It seems also 22014 has been unchanged.

Rick, as you were able to get the most recent messages translated, could you 
get these two messages looked at by a translator?
