The new translations pass the following sanity checks:
1) The English messages have the same number of MessageFormat arguments as
their translations do.
2) All of the English messages were translated. Arriving at the expected set of
messages is a little tricky. You have to start with the 10.9.1 messages and
then remove the messages which were deprecated as part of the localization
audit. The translation effort is a moving target. After that initial set of
messages was presented to the translators, we added more messages to both the
10.10 development trunk and the 10.9 branch.
