Kristian Waagan commented on DERBY-6023:
----------------------------------------
I fixed the links again with revision 846975:
Backed out changes to index.html as part of r845499, which broke the Japanese
text again.
I suspect this happens because of the locale/encoding being used when running
Forrest, and I don't think DERBY-6007 is to blame. After all, it works fine
when I fix the HTML manually.
> Links to Japanese manuals show question marks instead of Japanese text

> The links to the Japanese manuals show ??????????????? instead of the title
> of the manual.
> Maybe some kind of encoding problem?
> The actual manuals look fine to me.
