This is obviously an issue and I agree with the proposed solution to remove the offending logo ASAP.

I think any such entry should be removed asap.
Imagine if there was a logo based upon some Disney or Coca-Cola trademark, I don't think the fact the Derby is in incubation would stop lawyers for the rights holder in accusing the ASF of violations.
