Eric, I checked out the link and followed the casual scenario and was able to fully undeploy and re-deploy my app using Tomcat Manager however after re-deployment derby will not restart.
I need to spend some time looking into this further. I think I should also consider using the enterprise scenario. Thanks, Samer
