I have tried to update from db-derby-10.1.3.1-bin,
which I had installed and running from C:\Program Files\, to
db-derby-10.2.1.6-bin.
However, I am only able to get Derby to work from
the C:\ directory.
Is this a bug, or is it a design
change?
