Hi David,

No-one has volunteered to produce another release from the 10.3 branch. At this time, engineers seem to be backporting fixes from the trunk to the 10.4 branch but I don't see a lot of backports to 10.3.

You can, of course, check out the 10.3 branch yourself and build your own distribution. I think the community would be happy to coach you through that process.

Hope this helps,
-Rick

Thanks for the quick reponses.

I had a feeling this would be the answer.
I've had to rollback to 10.3.1.6 for the moment as I've production code using the 10.3 branch. But until I get a chance to throughly test the 10.4 branch, I was hoping for an updated 10.3 release. Do you expect an 10.3 release to come shortly once the dust has settled releasing the 10.4 branch ?

By the way it was impressive watching the derby team working on this issue via JIRA.

Regards
David

Is there any expected release date for derby 10.3.2.2, especially since
it resolves this https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-3603

No one is planning a new release on the 10.3 branch, as far as I know,
but Derby 10.4 is planned for the end of this month. You can find more
details here: http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/DerbyTenFourRelease
