I am working on a database design which can record down each of the visit to my web application. Problem here is I think data in this database will soon becomes very big since it will log everyday visits. I guess many people have dealt with similar problems, so any one can help me out and show some traditional solutions to this problem? And possibly for Derby, how many rows can a table hold that won't greatly affect the performance?
