We're in the process of updating Derby with localizations for messages
which were added in release 10.4. Localizations for the following
languages will be contributed:
German
Spanish
French
Italian
Japanese
Korean
Traditional and Simplified Chinese
If your favorite language isn't on this list and you would like to
translate about 60 messages for your language, please take a look at the
changes.html webpage attached to
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-3804 That document will tell
you what new messages need to be added and what existing messages need
to be tweaked with improved text. If you're willing to provide the text,
I'm happy to check it in.
