Any mapping from cxyz.dat to Entities ?

Havn't been down in the details for a while but my Derby Db has 4 .dat
files of sizes between 100 to 200 MB.  I now wonder what those are ?

Anyway to figure out which object (Table/row?) is holding this space ?
