Can you provide a reproducible script for this problem? The following
naive attempt succeeds without raising a NPE.
connect 'jdbc:derby:memory:dummy;create=true';
create table t( a int );
CALL SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_IMPORT_TABLE(null, 'T', './z.out', ';', '%', null,0);
select * from t;
