how come I only have a download rate of 1-3 KB /s while downloading <http://apache.myamplifiers.com/db/derby/db-derby-10.7.1.1/db-derby-10.7.1.1 -bin.zip> db-derby-10.7.1.1-bin.zip? When I download something else in that size, it has normal speed. Thanks for support, Agnes
