Hi Arturo, and welcome!
I am pretty sure that the ticketing system uses your Fedora
Account System (FAS) credentials, so be sure that you are using
the correct account. Also, if you have only registered today, it
sometimes takes a bit of time for accounts to be spread over to
all the services. (In my experience, wait an hour or two, and try
again).
