Hi, I recently came across a couple of awesome themes at [1]. The designers are trying to get them in Fedora repos [2]. I am not sure who usually packages the design stuff but maybe they can point these guys in proper direction? A package sponsor is needed right now. It would be good to have a good and updated 3.10 supported theme in official repos soon.
