Given the lack of overlapping time available, I think it would make sense to do the following:
* Continue to develop a standard logo and/or group of assets that can be used in several places * Prioritize the 4-5 deliverables that are the most important to have for the event * Make the assets available so that, if time or people allow, something extra can be done Keeping in mind that physical production needs lead time, I'd suggest prioritizing any shirt and physical badge. Printed material seems like it could be least important. We can just as easily throw e.g. a session schedule and travel info on the wiki.
