Hi Benson, Generally Wacoms have the best support although there are some off brands I've heard work for people.
I use the Thinkpad line of Wacom enabled laptops - currently the Thinkpad Yoga carbon. I've alao had luck with both models of Cintiq as well as Bamboo tablets.
