(that = UX work within OOo/LibO) Before you go on to the real work - could you please think about where you want to discuss the details? Maybe on the Design team mailing list? Personally, I do think that this might help others to understand what UX / usability design is about. But of course, this is fully up to you ... This feels like my first Christmas present :-) So now I'm back again in "read-only" mode...
