Mmh, I also played a bit with the source of the graphics, because there
are some issues that I'm not comfortable with. But I wasn't able to
(qickly) address these issues in a visually pleasing way:

      * The rip-off section, which looks (on the dark background) really
        strange. But you've mentioned that it is a quick draft, of
        course.

      * The very dark color of the template icons that seems to be very
        different to the rest of the LibreOffice stuff that got created
        until now [1]. But of course, if there are good reasons ... and
        artistic freedom as well.

      * The picture seems to be inverted / changed in color, too. To me,
        it now looks like a negative film that doesn't really fit in my
        point-of-view.

Having in mind Nik's proposals concerning much "lighter" icons, it seems
that there is no easy decision ... but also having in mind that we need
some more icons, there is no need for a decision right at the moment ;-)
