The meeting minutes (just published) are here - along with the minutes
of the other discussions earlier this year:

But, the TM policy isn't mentioned in the minutes, it is just present in
the agenda "Approval of the TM policy and logo guidelines". And since
the recording isn't online yet, I need to remember ... I think it has
been agreed on deciding on the steering-discuss mailing list.
