Scatter provides a unique look&feel, is flexible while staying
recognizable, identifies the unity as well as the diversity of our
community - it's just great!
The general color impression is a bit lighter (yellowish) than the main
LibO Green, I don't know if we have to work on this (and where: motif or
community based branding), but I just wanted to mention it in case I'll
forget it...
