A second iteration for the original proposal (sorry for the low quality image): https://sites.google.com/site/rgbmldcwriterideas/page-style-2.png It takes Christoph idea for menus and merge it with the style editor dialogue. So the idea is that when you click the Header/Footer content button, a menu opens with some predefined contents and a call for the full "content editor". There is no need for the full editor to be detached from the main menu, in the picture it is separated just to present its functionality. Also, the available tools for the editor were chosen almost randomly, some thought must be put there.
