All the new icons have been integrated in the package by Thorsten

The installer icon is already used for the main LibreOffice download and
even in the German language pack I didn't see the wrong icon (but I
might be wrong).
The right icon is a document symbol with a green download arrow.
I can't point you to the png file in the size you need (probably
Thorsten can), but here is the SVG source file containing the icon
(second column from the right).

It would be really great if we could replace the wrong icon before the
final release of LibreOffice 3.4.0
