So Phil, Thanks for your engagement in this discussion, and for your input! I am excited to hear resonance on this issue. There are several points I have already addressed three areas in my video tutorial series:
1) 7-10 Minute Product demo 2) 3-5 Minute Feature Presentation (Tips & Tricks) 3) 60 Seconds, which allows for a fast overview of interesting things that are not covered in detail, but are easy like little known keyboard shortcuts. Or, if there is a knowledge base, embedded videos there as well. Anyway, I am in rehabilitation at the moment for my back for the next two weeks, so in the meantime I will be keeping an eye on the list and forming ideas. If anyone has an idea for the first video, then I will work on this as well. I have a three step process: Write the text Shoot the video Record the voice over The voice over can then be replaced for internationalization, if necessary or desired.
