The default configuration is still up for talks. The main toolbar has two sections: the context bar on the left (the toolbar that changes based on selection) and the static bar on the right (which houses commands from non-contextual menus). Although I haven't given much thought to how it should be done, the static bar could potentially get its own row if the user desired. For housing a larger number of commands, the sidebar would be a suitable alternative to the toolbar. (Besides the main toolbar, there would also be a vertical toolbox for inserting stuff. You could show and hide it from the status bar.) I really like the minimalist style.
