Hi all,

in a different context one would say we have been slashdotted... The response
for the survey is enormous. Too enormous for our server at times. We have
been busy last night restarting the server again. So, please stop advertising
for the survey! :)

>From my side a very big sorry for that. We have been running big surveys in
the past, but this just beats it all. I underestimated the social media wave
and it just hit us too hard. We will be prepared much better next time, as we
can learn about weaknesses in our code and further improve the whole set-up
for the future.

Overall, I still think this all is good news as it shows how willing our
users are to contribute to our development - despite of all the problems we
already have more than 1600 valid answers. We need to build up on top of
that.

So everyone in this group is invited to join Irmhild, Isabel and me in order
to evaluate the current survey and to work on strategies for further ones.
The tool is still in a closed beta, so I need to personally invite you to it.
Just send me a privat email and we are happy to welcome you as a co-worker
for this and future surveys!

Discussions will of course take place in this list.

Best,
Björn
