Sorry, I don't know what you mean with "undecided issues". If you want to propose something, then simply send a mail to this list with your proposal. If you need to add some graphics, then the mailing list won't allow that. Then you have to find a way to store the graphics - e.g. a photo album or our wiki (on your personal page).
