Hi again, Cedric, Ape, > Theme Tango includes a lot of Theme Industry's icons (Gnome-1), which have a > gray color. Project Tango no has many icons, which are needed for > LibreOffice.
Right, this point from Ape might apply and hit you quite hard. It would be a good idea to check which separate folder icons are necessary before replacing just some of them. LibreOffice might actually have too many folder icons that Tango "official" can't cover. > Theme Galaxy is better do not use, because the main size of > large icons 26 by 26 pixels. Tango (GnomeDE, LXDE) requires that the icon > had a big size 22 by 22 pixel, transparent border around it (one pixel), The 24*24px icons in Gnome are, AFAICT only there to ensure compatibility with older Gnome 2 apps. In early Gnome 2, the official Industrial theme used 24*24px. The Tango theme that replaced it 2.16 started using 22*22px icons. -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/design/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
