The disadvantage of having your main design page on a wiki is that there's
a limit to the things you can do with graphics.
We'd still want our text to be indexable and organized into a table of
contents, so we're forced to use the default headings and there's nothing
we can do with typography.

That means we're confined to using graphics and tables for decoration. I've
updated my proposal with more color [1]. :)

If it can be implemented in a wiki, then yes, it can happen.
