Whoever adds a font to the list is supposed to check the license and
add it to the info on the wiki page.

If you meant to check what fonts are compatible with respect to
including it in the installer: So far, there is OFL (clearly
compatible), ALv2 (clearly compatible), UFL ( similar to OFL, and wrt
using the fonts there is no difference - usage and distribution of the
unmodified font is not restricted, it differs slightly from OFL in
what stuff you need to do when creating modified versions of the
fonts).

And there is one font listed both in an OFL variant as well as with a
custom license (Paratype License). Choosing the Paratype License it is
allowed to use the font free of charge, be it for commercial use or
private, it is allowed to bundle it with other software, be it
commercial or not, offer it for free download (i.e. no problem hosting
it in the repositories where you could argue that you're offering
stuff for download as a standalone item). You can even create modified
versions (but not use the same name, similar to the license of the
Bitstream Vera Fonts).
The only restriction is that you are not allowed to sell the font by
itself. I.e. selling LibreOffice that bundles the font is fine. But
charging someone just to get the font is not. (Bitstream Vera License
had the same restriction)
As Bistream Vera was bundled with OOo and LO, there is no problem with
that license either.

So far, the licenses are all compatible.
OFL-like, Bistream-Vera-Like, Apache License.
