Just a reflection, 'Export PDF Directly' would probably be better than
'Export Directly as PDF'. Just for comparison look at Print File
Directly (the icon on the right hand side). Directly tells you that you
current settings will be used. Again compare with the print function.
When it comes to 'Document as E-mail' I had a few headaches when
translating. The problem is the other options Word document and ODF
document. To be honest I think I would prefer a dialog where I would
choose format and just one menu entry and why not 'Send as E-mail'.
