we discussed on the ESC call, how this should look – and agreed that it would be better if we had some text next to the shield along the lines of "LibreOffice Certified Developer". Also, as some personal feedback: the shield looks pretty muted to me – can you improve contrast there? Especially to highlight the inner part of the shield.
