Hi Sean,

Yes i had noticed the same thing after docking the drawing toolbar in
Draw to the left a few weeks back. Yes if the toolbar is on the left in
an LTR UI, the buttons should be left aligned, while in a RTL UI and the
toolbar is on the right, then it should be right aligned.

I will be filing a bug report for this today.
