Hi Christoph, this would be really great. I'm not that involved in the usability stuff but I do/did the breeze icon theme and I live in Vienna too.
In the past I don't get that much feedback about the icon semantic there was a Usability Test from 2014 ( http://user-prompt.com/de/intermediate-results-of-the-icon-tests-breeze/) about the semantic and there the feedback was that some icons need some redesign.
