Thanks for all the ongoing hard work that you are doing for the new
extension/template website.
I'm not sure if you remember, but in late 2014 I create a bug report[1]
with the intent of integrating the template website into the start
center and template manager. This idea has been included as a GSoC
(Google Summer of Code) project[2] and one of the students this year is
looking into implement it. What would be ideal to make this possible is
a search api that could be queried for search results and output either
in xml or json format. This would be more ideal than the alternative of
parsing the html code for the same information. I've also created a
mockup for what this integration may look like for the template
manager[3]. Your input in this matter would be appreciated.
