my name is Csongor Halmai, I subscribed the mailing list right now because I would like to participate the design
meeting Wednesday night (which is Thursday morning here in Australia:)).
I have been using StarOffice/OpenOffice/LibreOffice for ~20 years.
I found a quite strange behaviour a little time ago which I described in
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106890 and made a proposal how to make it better. I even created a
draft implementation in JavaScript just to illustrate what I would like to see in LibreOffice.
Please read the bug description to see what my problem was (the point is that in the current LO version it is possible
to configure a paper which is wider than its height, and LO still says it is Portrait, not a Landscape) and check what
you think about my illustration implementation.
