Given that no one knows MS Office document formats as OOXML - although
this would be the most accurate definition - I would avoid introducing
something like "Microsoft Excel OOXML". The risk is to be considered
incompatible with Microsoft Office by the majority of users.

Unfortunately, OOXML file format changes not only according to the
Microsoft Office version (this should not happen, as it should change
according to the OOXML version), but also to periodical updates during
the life of each version (it has changed significantly between early
2017 and late 2017), so even the definition "Microsoft Word 2007-2016"
is not accurate, as it doesn't represent the reality.

On the other hand, this is the only definition which can be understood
easily by the majority of end users.
