Yes, I know this is confusing. We may work to merge in that stuff to git.gnu.io at some point, but it's separate. The main Snowdrift repo (mirrored at both git.gnu.io and github) has a design-relaunch branch with work progressing there on actual HTML/CSS (really Hamlet/Cassius) implementation.
