Here is my final recommendation: Have 4 colors available:
Light: White and Heather grey with blue ink Dark: Cool Blue and Warm Grey with white ink - You already have 4 shirts showing on the website, keep that number the same, but add the new colors and make it clear all options are available for both men and women. - Remove the option for additional color choices for simplification. You can always add it later. Final note: the light blue is the only one not available for women, but it can be ordered for a small additional charge; I don't think it will add much or change the time requirement. I wish Light Grey were available, but it is not for women. If you look at all the options, they are different for men and women.
