Shahyar do you have a patch to move Flow's implementation[2] into core
mediawiki.ui? It's in Flow's mw-ui-enhance.js but not in your
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/125836/ patch.

Also go to the Flow board logged out (in a private window) and reply for an
progressive anon warning; and hover over "Newer topics" sort for a neutral
tooltip.
