Hi Keith,
Looks like you ended up with a corrupted repository after that crash.
You can clear it manually under Windows.
Just navigate to:
\documents and settings\<userid>\Application Data\Open Source
Applications Foundation\
then put the "Chandler" folder into the trash.
Relaunch Chandler and it will recreate a clean repository from scratch.
If you launch Chandler from the command line you can also use the
"--create" option to force a clean repository creation on launch.

Also use the design mailing list for this kind of feedback. You've a
better chance to get a prompt reply over there than emailing people
individually.
