Agreed that we should tackle these scenarios, probably for alpha3. We
have a bug for the menu bit of the change:

Presumably we'll need a bit of work for delete and restore to behave
properly as well, perhaps dialog tweaks, etc.
Sheila -- you'll add deleting/restoring behavior to the alpha3 sharing
or free-busy spec?
