Sending around partially filled events: I think it's an interesting
idea. I had this exact scenario today trying to schedule a meeting
during sprint week. The people I wanted to check with were not on IRC.
So I picked a time and, sure enough, one of the attendees asked me to
change. I would have preferred to send an event mentioning nothing
beyond the fact that we needed to schedule something that week. I could
have use the start and end day to bracket the time frame (no precise
time though).
One thing though is that we have to be careful with interop here.
Clearly those events won't be understood my other software. We should
not create .ics attachment for instance that could be deemed as invalid.
