Hi Sheila (and the rest of the list),

+ Emailing items to a collection on Cosmo ie: Send a /Event to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
+ Drag and drop emails and attachments from other email clients.
+ Pull down emails that have special headers.
+ Handle a one-time import of an Inbox
+ Subscribe / Sync to select IMAP folder(s) ie: Inbox, manage design list in the desktop.
+ The desktop as an IMAP client
+ The desktop as an IMAP server
+ RSS in and RSS out via desktop/web access
Just so everyone is on the same page, the project I'm working on right now is to make Chandler act like an IMAP server (I think this is what you meant by "The desktop as an IMAP server"?). This will allow dragging and dropping of emails and attachments into Chandler, and will enable the display of all Chandler e-mail messages within any e-mail client supporting IMAP (which is pretty much all of them, AFAIK).

Currently, it's working very well with Thunderbird, and has a couple minor issues with the Mac Mail client. I think I'd be ready to put it out there for public consumption by sometime today, or tomorrow at the latest. While I'm sure it's buggy, it's definitely ready to play with.

While I'm sure this isn't the end of this discussion by a long shot, hopefully this will enrich it.

-Travis
