This is somewhat relevant to us (Kiko is/was a potential Scooby
alternative) though, in the case of a start up with VC money, the reason
for failure or throwing the towel can be multiple and obscure.
Anyway, considering the nature of Kiko, Web 2.0 venture, founded by Y
Combinator, Paul Graham's company (see the always thought provoking
