I've updated the spec to reflect the features for Cosmo 0.5.

The following have been updated:
+ Flowchart for the user to view (After today’s URL discussion, I
need to revise again.)
+ Added Scooby/Cosmo merge information
+ Added integration of Hibernate information
+ Moved all features which are deferred to future release to the
'Out' section

anyone has any questions.
