Usage scenarios for Email: What do people use + Chitchat (joke forwards, casual personal meeting scheduling, what's up emails) + Organizing a medium to large-scale event + Personal task management + Shared task management (home versus work) + Documentation + Archive + 1:1 conversation + Moderated group conversation 2. What features do we need to support these usage scenarios? + IMAP sync + Threading + Better account setup and management UI + SPAM + Better message composition experience + HTML editing/viewing + Better support for shared email What else? 3. What is our best guess at how we should prioritize these usage scenarios, given our 1.0 target user group and goals. 4.
